Community Builder| Aspiring Product Researcher
I believe great products begin with understanding people. Through Fleurish, I’ve spent the past several years observing behaviors, listening deeply, and designing experiences that respond to what communities actually need—not just what we assume they want.
About Fleurish
Fleurish was founded from a simple question: Why do so many people leave networking events feeling connected on paper, but not in practice? Rather than simply hosting gatherings, Fleurish serves as an ongoing exploration of how meaningful relationships are built both online and offline. Through intentional experiences, community conversations, and continuous observation, I use each event as an opportunity to better understand what helps people move beyond surface-level interaction and toward genuine belonging.
The Question.
How might we create spaces where women feel comfortable enough to form authentic connections?
My Approach
Observe
Instead of assuming…
I watched how attendees behaved.
Listen
I asked questions.
Collected stories.
Read feedback.
Iterate
Every event became a prototype.
I changed experiences based on what I learned.
What I Learned
People say they want networking.
What they really want is belonging.
Beautiful aesthetics attract people.
Meaningful conversations bring them back
People participate more when they don’t feel they’re being evaluated

Growing interest list
Building Fleurish taught me that my favorite part wasn’t designing events—it was understanding people. Every conversation made me curious. Every piece of feedback became another question. Over time I realized what excited me most wasn’t simply creating experiences, but uncovering why certain experiences made people feel seen while others didn’t. That realization is what led me toward Product Research.
What’s Next ?
I hope to continue developing these skills through Pinterest’s Product Research Apprenticeship, where I can learn from experienced researchers while bringing my perspective as a community builder and lifelong Pinterest user.
